COMMITTED ENGINEER FOR EVERY PROJECT

An engineer is assigned in every project to monitor construction progress, thus, ensuring on time deliveries. Our engineer is always in close coordination with the architect or contractor to ensure proper opening preparations as well as any changes that might occur.

When ready, a final measurement for each window/door will be made and a complete set of shop drawings will be submitted for approval before any fabrication is started. This ensures that the window or door fits perfectly.
INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS OF INSTALLATION

We at Kenneth & Mock strictly adhere to European standards of installation using German neutral silicon sealants, foaming infill, stainless expansion bolts and accessories.

1) FREE LIFETIME SERVICE WARRANTY

Frustrated of being charged exorbitant fees when asking companies to come check and/or repair something that's broken?

Kenneth & Mock is proud to say that we understand how you feel. Therefore we have come up with a FREE LIFETIME SERVICE warranty for our clients.

We provide free labour service as well as oiling and adjustments on all your windows and doors. Should there be any need for repairs or parts replacement, charges to be incurred for these items will be for your approval.

* Transportation charges will apply outside Metro Manila and Metro Cebu.


2) 48-HOUR SERVICE CALL

Ever feel annoyed when you need to have something serviced and it takes ages for someone to attend to your request?

Kenneth & Mock believes that excellent service means quick response to every client's request. Therefore, we at Kenneth & Mock guarantee that our service team will be at your place within 48 hours to check the concerns.

*Valid for Metro Manila only. For clients outside Metro Manila, this will have to be scheduled.


3) SPRING CLEANING SERVICE
